We contracted with representative of Uji farm, utilizing the advantaged climate and inheriting cultivation method from long time ago. We use only healthy and pure tea that comes from tea fields with thorough product control including temperature and humidity controls, using minimal agro-chemicals and meticulous administration of quality fertilizer. Manufacture After we purchased tea leaves from tea market, we brush up its quality in quality controlled tea factory. In order to keep the freshness of tea, we ground in a stone mill in case of matcha. We sort tea leaves into each part, then burn, dry, and blend in case of Sencha and Gyokuro. By mixing up variety of different tea leaves in a balanced manner, the mildness increase, same vivid color, delicious taste and aromatic flavor could keep for a whole year.
